In a low-medium-long-shot I wanted to show how much she was thinking and 'stressing out'. I showed this by having her walking around aimlessly. Here the black and white tiles are even more visible. I deliberately chose this setting because of them: they help me symbolise the black and white world that she is submerged in because of the heartbreak - but the fact that she stays inside the white sheet in most part of the video represents her recovery.

I used the advantage of someone having graffited 'I love you' in Spanish to film a medium-long-shot of her envolving herself with her arms in sign of pain.

This is another extreme close-up of the letter he has written to her.

I then shotted the pain in a high-medium-shot to show how this is her way of coping with everything.

I then close-up-shotted her drinking the beer to show how the pain is so strong that she not only is dealing with it by painting - but also by drinking.

I used a medium-long-high-angle shot to show her point of view and to show her thinking by her tilting her head. This shot was used to make the audience set themselves in her perspective in the sense that they are able to actually see her way to approach the pain - painting.

This is a medium-point of view-shot of the girl holding her then lover's hand. This is also set with a darker tone to show how it is a memory and how that's a dark part of her heart/mind that she is trying to cover up and forget. I used a point of view shot to also set the viewer in her skin and to sympathise as we can see what she saw - being in love, and why it hurts.

I then added a medium-close-up of her grabbing her arm skin in a 'hurting' manner. I also took advantage of the fact that I have a tattoo of a couple kissing, so I used this to reflect that the pain has emerged from that. I deliberately filmed that arm and did that to draw the attention of the tattoo and its meaning to the viewer.
