With the feedback I had from people, I was told that my narrative wasn't very clear and that some shots lasted too long. I was also told that the clip at the end of the burning note seemed like a vague and unrealistic way of a partner trying to get their loved one back and that there should be more memories of him.
I therefore filmed again, and fixed this by writing a letter and getting some flowers that I had home. I did this because as the final shot is a piece of paper being burnt, the fact that it is obvious that it has been ripped off from somewhere else connotes how she has ripped the paper from the letter that I have shown throughout the video. I did this by adding extreme close-ups of certain words and sentences in between shots of her or of him as memories of her reading it. This is also accompanied by memories of him, therefore it helps the audience link what the narrative is about. I focused on words such as 'please', 'sorry' and 'I love you', connoting how he has failed her in some way and is trying to get her back. I added flowers to make it seem like as well as writing her a letter (because perhaps she has blocked him from her phone), he is trying to be romantic and give her things.
This also helped me explain the narrative as the words that I showed from the letter designate that he has done something wrong and that everything she is doing helps her to cope with it.

To fix the fact that some shots were too long, such as this one:

I trimmed them to be shorter. I used this as an advantage as it enabled me to make more shots fit to the beat of the music and it also facilitated me to add mote shots of her lover and of the letter as it left me more space.
I then lastly fixed the memories of him by filming again. I added shots like this one:

This was effective in showing how much they have done together.
